McEachran Homestead is proud to offer our own line of grape and fruit wines. Our wines are made in small batches with great detail given to a refreshing taste that reflects the country and northern Illinois wine. We grow our own grapes on our 2-acre vineyard and our fruit wines are made from some of our own fruit as well as fruit grown locally. We’re sure there is a McEachran Homestead wine to fit your special occassion.

Highland Sunset is a blend of deep red grapes that has a feel good semi-sweet taste. It tastes best served cold and is a great wine to share with friends.
Frontenac is a semi-sweet deep red wine. It’s a great red wine with plenty of body.
Blue Belle is similar to the Concord. It has an old fashion taste and goes very well with the perfectly grilled hamburger! It tastes even better when friends are around to share it.
Steuben is made from a red grape by the same name. It produces a semi-sweet wine with a pleasing spicy tang finish.
LaCrosse is a white wine with a unique citrus taste with wonderful aromatics.
We have two fruit wines avialable at this time. Our Plum wine is made from fresh ripe plums. Its a definite compliment to your favorite Chinese food. Our Peach wine will light up the summer season! You can almost feel the peach juice running down your chin with every sip!
Our philosophy at McEachran Homestead is “Keep it simple and homemade.” Our wine and Jamis that way, so it only seemed fitting to incorporate other local homemade products into our store. Along with our own line, we also carry homemade items from the following local vendors.
